A frnd of mine @ USA is offering me 100 GB upload at 250 ( 5$) /- INR is it worth paying him or will this land up in some problem.. do lemme know..

i have done this earlier by getting 500 gb seeding help from him.. but just want to re confirm if this does not lead to some issues with my a/c..

his only condition is we shouldnot log in when he is logged in

I don't see any problem. A lot of trackers will allow you seed/leech from more than one IP. I log in using my seedbox as well as from my PC at the same time and there are no issues. Just make sure that your friend is not using any ratio cheating software.

The staff at the trackers are experienced enough to know whether the traffic is originating from a seedbox or not.
