Showing only 8GB ram of 16GB installed

Hi,

My bios is showing only 8GB ram of 16GB(16gb*1) installed.
My configuration is :
Ryzen 5 3500
Gigabyte GA A320-s2h
ADATA XPG GAMMIX D30 DDR4 16GB (1x16GB)
Antec VP550P Plus 550 Watt

can you help with the problem?

Where did you get the ram from? I hope it's not fake labeling as 16 gb

Upgrade bios or reset it to optimal defaults.
What size it is showing inside with os?

Well, looks like this motherboard does support memory upto 32GB.

Test it in someone else's computer if possible. If it still shows 8GB, then RMA it at the service center.
