Do we know how much time normally customs clearance take for a normal small packet.... I order some thing on 19dec and its still departed original country while one send on 9 Jan is awaiting customs clearance. Wonderful all ways of logistics...

They overcharged you. 45% is the custom for anything more the 2000rs.
Don't pay 100%.

My package has also arrived. Not going to buy anything from this site again. 60 days waiting is not acceptable to me.

Well they assessed the value as $100 so... I'm also sorta done ordering bigger stuff.. small bits and bobs here and there are ok though...
 
i have few stuff stuck in same status since for ever...simple stuff like Xbox controller cover etc.. tracking shows departed country of origin and status is same since 30 days. I am wondering if kolkatta customers have stopped working at all!!!!!

Any clues how can i check actual status... 17track and everywhere it is same status
 
My two shipments right now (Below Screen Shot attached), Last updated 19/01 and I highly doubt any of these will ever see any successful delivery due to the current virus outbreak in China. First, the new year holiday begins on 18th Jan To 4th Feb....So everything halted for that reason - Now the whole China Become kind of Chernobyl.

I also have 4 more low value item (non Tracked) and 2 more 'not shipped yet' status....None of will come - Only hope AE's Strong Dispute process.

Finally my LED lights that was order on Dec 8th has moved out of Beijing on Jan 28th. Guess what? The next destination is Kolkata Airport Sorting Office. Just my luck. Lesson: Never ever use ordinary posts. Always use SingPost.

Looks like shipments of 19 Dec are stuck some where. I have 2 send same day and its exactly same status as yours...
 
Anyone got their parcel by going through CHENNAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE ? (USPS -> IndiaPost)

Mine is in Custom Hold status since 29/1. Is this normal or should I take some other step to get my package?
 
I like to ask here, Anybody receives their order after the '2019-nCoV' outbreak as Pandemic to the world?

I mean here when you don't know there this severe disaster waiting to unleash and your order time was 1st week of January.

Yes, I asked on the TE Whatsapp Group and there was a member there who did receive his orders from AE (through Standard AE Shipping).

I personally haven't ordered anything of late.

My order from Jan 14 got delivered last week, it was shipped through JNET.
