Shipping plus customs will most likely be about 2500 and product cost will be a bit more than that as well. So final cost will definitely be atleast 8k plus.

I spoke with Shopabroad people. And if the weight cant be more than 2 lbs. so shipping will be 800 and thereabouts. And duty will be 12%, So i calculated 7k + max 500

Just checked on amazon - Shipping Weight: 3 pounds (View shipping rates and policies) - so shipping max 1200/- or 1500/.

Just use the shopabroad calculator. ( I did now -

Item price + local shipping + taxes RS. 5,199.48

Int'l Shipping RS. 780.00

Duty, Taxes & fees RS. 1,117.17

Discount - RS. 100

TOTAL RS. 6,996.00

Yes, the rates for PPO is different from ShopAbroad. And the item cost is not just $100. You have to include NY Tax of 8.5% plus local shipping. Which will make the product cost about $115 ie Rs 6000 which makes the final cost about 8.5k which is what I've been trying to say.
 
I am also interested in one .16 gb (if possible with the accessory bundle ) , but i dont have a Credit card .

I am from Bangalore, Work at Whitefield but stay near Silk Board.

Only issue i see at the moment is that HP cancels all the order which have SnS Addresses apart from the Initial 2 Orders :(
