Rig under 10k ( no monitor )

Hii everyone,

One of my uncle wanted to buy a PC for his 8 yrs old daughter.They currently have a PC which ain't working anymore.

So can anyone suggest me decent specs for him.

min req:

2 GB RAM

HDD ( 160GB+ )

DVD-RW

MOBO + CPU :: ~ Rs 4500

Not needed :

Monitor

UPS

Speakers

Are they planning to reuse stuff from the OLD PC? Because otherwise they will be able to cram only an Sempron in this budget.
