Market Feedback Got Faulty Item from asheet - Whats the solution?

Strange..I did everything to charge it by motorola charger..but as seen in the video,its working..but the condition of the mp3 player also looks better and cleaner than I got (compare it with the pics I uploaded and note the scratches).and may be it got better in condition when it entered in Mumbai @ Asheet

I have not noted down the serial number..I will pay the shipping charges if i get the same serial number mp3 player as confirmed by the chirag and also with one piece headphone and armband..

Apology???What would be your reaction if you gets the broken thing for your money..Also I was trying to solve it by pms and calls,but instead of admitting mistake,seller was saying again that its not his mistake as he packed in steel case with one piece headphones and armbands blah blah(also that kind of damage is not possible while shipping).. also seller was showing too much attitude by saying that his item is sold and he don't know anything now.(Listen in recorded calls).Thats what forced me to bring this matter over here.Otherwise I would not have made that long post and waste everybody's time afterall it was just 600 bucks. I have also dealt with a member,who is banned from here now(don't want to name him) and he never sent me bills for a heavy transaction but never posted anything wrong about him.I know this kind of actions makes a bad impression of seller and as well the buyer since both are involved in the deal.But I was forced to do this.

I know that my money will never come back to me but I thought that everyone should note this matter and guide me accordingly.

Why dont you PM me directly bro?? Its hard to keep a track of things going. If you were waiting for me to post serial number you could have told it to me earlier... Neither you nor asheet has pmed me nor tagged me in any post mentioning that I should go again and check serial number. No hard feelings towards anyone of you, but its the way to contact a person. Anyways, ask asheet to decide the time and place.

I read this a fewdays ago and thought that the matter is resolved between you two and you brought up the issue only coz of sellers rude behaviour/attitude....

Only Rude behavior???First he sends a broken item and then talks rude..What do you expect from me,my friend?Shouldn't this matter be brought to everyone's notice..

Anyway..I am sorry to not to tell you the thing regarding serial number..Asheet made a post regarding the serial number,so I thought that it has been already checked by you ..If you find time ,please check the serial number or else I will accept the mp3 player as it has been verified by you and declared 100% working.Thanks for your work..
 
You can ask #asheet to coordinate with me for checking the serial number. I can meet him on sunday.. And FYI whatever whoever was wrong among both, I dont care, coz I am here just to give an unbiased review and to sort the issue out.... Comeon mate, I have used 'rude behavior/attitude' just to address your issue, rather than typing everything that you have gone through...

Pl note that I got the band repaired from a cobbler & used SuperGlue on the earsupport.

Pl read the manual & charge the player before using.
 
Now seller is asking more 100rs for packing,plastic box,tape etc..I have already paid 100rs for shipping for such a small item..usually it costs just 70rs for the packet that seller showing in picture..

I don't know how much more 100rs he is going to ask...

Can some one tell me how to take control on this..I am really tired of this person...The cost of a desi mp3 player is turning out to be nearly 1000 bucks to me as he is asking 100 then 100 bucks for me.

Asheet..tell everyone that if you are willing to ship it or not.....

@Mephistopheles....I am not asking this money but the courier is asking. Next time, I will give the phone to courier guy & darsksmart can talk to him & get an idea of the charges.

Thats why I asked Darsksmart to contact Profesiinal & all other couriers at his local area & setup a reverse pickup so I can just handover the item to chosen courier.

If you know of a courier at Mumbai who will take this in Rs 100, let me know. I am told that post 1 APr, rates have gone up.
 
Go to DTDC, it will be done in 70 to 80rs considering the weight wont be above 1kg, an even if it doesnt work out in 80rs and courier guy is still asking 200rs, then please bear that 100rs and ship that product to darksmart without taking 100rs from him. Sire, you are experienced enough to understand the situation.

I have shipped by Professional AWB no VPL 503320205 dtd 28 Apr'12.

I havent sent the original Box as that needs a Bigger Plastic Box + Stiching of Rs 100.

I have sent MP3 player, charging Cable, Orig Headset, Two Arm bands in a small Plastic Box (Costed Me Rs 60)with Bubble paper packing. The platci box is in a cloth cover stiched. Then all this is again wrapped in a green color cloth cover. All the packing have your address & cell nos.

SO I have spent total if Rs 80+60 = Rs 140. So pl credit Rs 40 to my account.

You can track the shipment. It should be delivered by Tue-Wed next week (Chk Holidays on 1 May).

This time Read the manual & charge the device before start shooting your mouth of defective item.

Thats what I want to tell him..DTDC just charges 80 rs maxx for such packages..I don't know how he is asking 200 bucks??

Few days ago,i sent mt logitech momo to(weighing 8kg) mumbai and that costed 480rs..

I have never faced a guy like this seller in my life..When i have already paid him shipping amount,now for what he was asking for more money.

but finally he has shipped after your post..Waiting for it to arrive...
