Corsair H60 for AMD 965BE

The stock cooler of my AMD Phenom II x4 965BE creates supersonic sounds. So, i want a solution for this. I am looking for Corsair H60 from USA (costing 2.5k
<
). I am not very much into OCing. Is it a good option? I want compactness above the processor as i have very less space in my cabinet.

If it is a generic cabinet then high chances are that you won't have 120mm fan grills(Most of them come with 80mm grills).In that case a H60 will be a problem

mine is CM elite 310... its with 120mm fan grill....i will manage with that easily
