Which Water cooler is best for overclocking?

Hi friends, i need to know which water cooler is best for AM3+ socket type e.g AMD FX 8150 i would like to overclock it to 4 or 4.5Ghz , right now i have corsair H100 in mind, wat do u thing bout it, and please suggest any better water cooler. Budget - 10k....

better than the h100 you can only get the xspc rasa kit from usa

with import duty and shipping it works up to around 11k

I will suggest the HOC 40, almost neck to neck with h100 and even beating it, also 5 years warranty
