How about option 2, but with a Computer related, and an everything else section?

Processors,GPU's,Montiors,etc go into the Computer related section

Cameras,Phones,TV's,etc go into everything else

Well, I think we should continue with what we had before (say like 1-2 years before)

Prefix like [<acronym title='For Sale' class='bbc ipSeoAcronym'>FS</acronym>], [WTB], [IC], [DEAL] and categories as per the type of product.
 
Actually you know what, we will most likely go with option 3 as it will make transition to the planned market enhancement easier. We will be able to support multiple product types in a single thread and categorisation will also be there in future.
 
Also Tapatalk does not highlight the unread article in green as it does for other forums can that be fixed
 
Please try to retain this dark look in the new TE. Rest i honestly don't care whether my likes, rep or posts go away as far as TE doesn't go down during the upgrading time and Gaming Section is intact.

Yeah a dark theme will be available within a week after migration so don't worry about that. Gaming section will be available but not open for posting.

About the likes it has been explained several time already.

I never gave it much importance so never asked or saw any thread regarding that. My mistake.

Nope these tags editing by members will not be there. Like I said, try to remember what we had on VB or wait for a few days.
 
for market, my vote will be for option 3 its the most suitable and appropriate way forward.

and no sub forums for markets please for a 3rd person view it will be cumbersome to look for new threads and also it will be a big burden on moderation team.
 
1. Private messaging disabled by default (intentional?)
2. PM limit set to 50
3. Avatar disabled by default (intentional? - not the missing avatars post migration, but displaying of avatars setting in user settings)
4. Auto thread subscription on replying enabled by default (intentional?)

1) First Thing I faced was, INVALID Username/Password.. but, used the Reset password form to change it..
But still, Did it happen to Many?
2) Tagging, Please bring it back! We love tagging..
3) Avatars are not visible.. We Prefer to have Avatars.
4) The New Look is good, but old one was better.. Either way. TE looks Stunning!

TE is the only site I check 24x7 and get suggestions on time!! :)

1. Yes, happened with me too. It should be fixed
2. Ya ! and I also badly miss Conversations
3. Renu had mentioned this earlier. You can set Avatar by yourself I guess

Oh well.. nothing is intentional unless it is not available as a feature. I am still half asleep and Safin must be too. Will start getting thing in order later today.
