SketchUP! and AUTOCAD as well as Adobe Photoshop will be better with nVidia cards.

Thanks to @terence_fdes Sire, found this great deal on a GTX660 card by GIGABYTE, OP can source it from Prime ABGB with the cabinet. Buy GigaByte GeForce GTX 660 Graphic Card in Mumbai India

And please add a shipping surcharge to the cabinet, Prime will not ship it for free. :annoyed:

I won't be sure on getting Gigabyte GPU,Heard few issues of them.Better to go for Msi OR Asus than Gigabyte,About the Case i've given the general pricing,Can't add shipping charges to everything.

Mostly those are cases with noise but are there any MSi offerings that cheap? I would like to know. Can integrate them in the buying guide.

Thanks, well firstly i would need a 2TB storage for sure. Cant go below that. Secondly and most importantly i cannot exceed my budget, not even by 1k. And why do you recommend the NZXT gamma, why not the lexa-S ? Lastly , i wont be getting the quadro 600 if i cant play games on it then. ANd please dont include the LCD/LED monitor as i already have that. 50k budget is just for the system and not for the whole unit.

Shipping is not a concern as somebody would personally carry the stuff from mumbai.

Guys do i have more options for configuration ?

As of now Msi stock is not available but since OP is waiting till Mid November hope it'll be listed,The Asus GTX660 is priced at 18k,The price might come down soon as they've just launched now.

Yo here's a suggested set-up. Hope this is helpful. :)
Intel i5 3570K-15k
Gigabyte GA B75M D3H - 8.5k
Kingston HyperX blu 1600MHz (2x4GB) - 2.5k
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 (1TB) - 4,500
Quadro 600-10k
Dell ST2220L-8.5k
Nzxt Gamma-2.4k
Thermalright Silver Arrow-3.8k

If that's the case then go for this-

Nvidia GTX660-18k
Seasonic S12ii 520W-4k
Nzxt Gamma-2.4k OR Corsair 300R-4k
CM Hyper 212 EVO-2.2k OR Thermalright Silver Arrow-3.8k
About LEXA S i'd suggest you to go for Corsair 300R instad of Lexa S,The spacing in Lexa S will be an issue once you add GPU and Cooler,It will get very congested and neck to neck for you to work on.So get the Corsair 300R or Nzxt Gamma. You don't need to go for anything else,This config is good enough for you.
If you cannot exceed your budget over 50k then i'd suggest that you get a Non-Ocing rig cause this rig will go to 60k easily,For Non-Ocing rig go for this combo-Intel i5 3450-12.5k+Gigabyte B75M D3H-4.5k and Rest as above.
Hope this helps.:)

Thanks a lot. Well i was thinking about going in for Nvidia 560Ti. What do you think about this. And can you tell me the major differences between the NZXT gamma and the corsair 300R.

Best Regards

Thanks a lot. Well i was thinking about going in for Nvidia 560Ti. What do you think about this. And can you tell me the major differences between the NZXT gamma and the corsair 300R.

Difference between NZXT Gamma and Carbide 300R --
  • Fewer fan mounting options and fewer fans bundled with the cabinet itself.
  • Lacks a front USB 3.0 port.
  • Smaller foot-print and smaller area to place coolers and tall graphics cards.
About the GTX660 here is its performance vis-á-vis the GTX560Ti --> AnandTech - Bench - GPU12; with lesser power consumption the GTX660 leads in performance.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

Got it. I guess corsair it is now. Well the other thing is i may not be able to go for the 660 as it is very expensive. I am already stretching for the 560 Ti.

This is what i am planning to go for now

Cabinet - Corsair 300R
Processor - i5 3570k
Mobo - Gigabyte GA B75M D3H
RAM - Gsill RipjawsX 2x4GB 1600-3.5k or the corsair vengence
HDD - not yet finalised
GPU - Geforce 560Ti
Seasonic S12ii 520W

Lastly, do i need an aftermarket co!!! oler like the evo 212 ? I am already exceeding my budget  . Can you suggest some other mobo ?

Thanks

You will not be able to over-clock with that combo, so the point is moot. You cannot over-clock without a Z77 motherboard.

If you want to over-clock you need to increase your budget. And yes if you want to over-clock you will need an after market cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO (Basic) OR better.

So prioritize what you need and let us know.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

I am not sure why you selected Gigabyte B75 mobo with i5 3570K,Are you getting non ocing rig,If yes then change the processor to Intel i5 3450-12.5k otherwise stick to the Asus mobo suggested above, also if you're not planning to get Ocing rig then there is no need for a after market cooler. Also get Nvidia GTX660 instead of 560Ti,There's no point in getting older ver of gpu.

HE is confused, at-least should have explained the Z77 and -k CPU factor.

Right. The thing is i have never overclocked before. I am a complete beginner at this. So i have no idea which mobo to go for. I hope you get the idea.

Thanks

Well i was initially planning to go for the AMD 8150. It will cost me less and i would be going in with Asrock 990 FX Extreme 4. Is it a good combination and i will save some money too. Lastly i really cant go with 660 as it is way out of my budget. I was planning to go for AMD 7770 before the 560Ti came into picture.

I am confused as hell guys. Need some serious knowledge in this case .

Sacrifice over-clocking for now and focus on your core needs. Intel should still be a top priority. This is what I recommend --

Intel Core i5 3450 ~11500/-
GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H ~4500/-
Corsair Vengeance 4GB x2 ~3200/-
AMD HD7850 1GB ~14000/- (still a better buy than the GTX560Ti)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB ~6500/-
HP (boxed) optical drive ~1000/-
Corsair Carbide 300R ~4500/- (from Bombay)
Seasonic S12II 520W ~4000/- (from Bombay)
DeLL ST2220L ~8500/-
LOGITECH MK200 ~700/-
APC BR600VA-IN ~2000/-

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

AMD FX series processors are simply not worth it (even after over-clocking) over their Intel competition because of very high power draw and poor single thread IPC.

And Intel over-clocking setups cost a bomb now thanks to their separating the core multiplier and placing it on the motherboard (usually it is on processor) and charging a premium for 'unlocked' components.

Thanks. I am getting the 300R for 3.8k from nehru place. Btw can you suggest a shop in nehru place ? any idea ?

OP already has a monitor so no need to suggest that,Also what happened to GTX660 why HD7850 now,OP does need GTX660 for rendering and all so it's better to stick to that.
