Can extend the budget by about 10 K if it is really worth it. Have attached an image which summarizes my detailed research on the prices of all the components mentioned before. Hope people looking for a similar system will find it useful.
Please let me know if I can get any major performance boost by upgrading one of the components. Also, what is going to be the bottleneck in the system? Also, if anyone can recommend better prices that I can get from anywhere else I will be grateful. Thanks.

If you feel like spending 11k on a case then it's your personal choice but i've suggested you balanced rig,Also if you feel like getting Corsair H60 instead of air cooler then it's your call.

Thanks guys but I'll stick to 3570K as I believe it is equally good as far as most of the games are concerned.

Rohit, IMO you should go for Zotac GTX670AMP GPU as it is much faster then ASUS GTX670-DC2T-2GD5 as you have mentioned and Zotac has 5 years warranty. I am using this GPU and really amazed by its performance.
 
Firstly you've tagged the wrong person,If you want to tag me then tag as @Jakob.
Asus P8Z77-V has more Sata connectivity options than Maximus V Gene so go with that.
You can go with 2133mhz ram but it won't make much difference over 1600mhz.
If you prefer Nvidia then go for Msi/Evga GTX680 OC-36k
Everything else is by your preference,Still i'd suggest you to go with the suggested keyboard they're better than TVS.

I would suggest you go with Core i7 3770k + ASUS P8Z77-V Pro and make compromise on the cabinet etc. If you are investing 100k on a rig might as well get the latest hardware available. P8Z77- V Pro is a better and newer board then Maximus-V Gene. For graphic card get a ASUS Direct CU GTX 680 or an EVGA GTX 680 if that is available. This rig will be somewhat future proof :P. No need for op to invest in i7 3770K,The i5 3570K is good enough for his requirements,GTX680 has been suggested above,Cheers.

Requirements can change from time to time. Plus there is only 6k difference between the two- i7 3770k vrs i5 3570k. I don't think thats a big deal considering the total budget. Anyways OP's call.

Cabinet: Thanks guys for your suggestions. @terence_fdes has managed to convince me to go for Storm Stryker (awesome case), thanks mate :)
CPU: No need to discuss on CPU I guess, 3570K is final. Thanks for your opinion anyways.
RAM: If there is any significant price difference, then I'll go for 1866 or may be 1600 MHz one. If not (< 2K), then I guess I'll go for 2133 Mhz one.

GPU: Now I am really confused here :P GTX 680 sounds great. 7970 price (~30K) is yummy :yes:

Someone please help me here and guide me where to get this. Lammie or Nehru Place or somewhere else?

Motherboard: Should I go for Maximum-V Gene or P8Z77-V Pro or Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H-WB Wi-Fi. A bit confused here.
 
For GPU look at these options

1) Zotac 670 AMP 2GB Edition it almost or if not better than non-oc 680

2) Asus 7950 3GB

Asus AMD/ATI HD7950-DC2T 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card | Graphics Card | Flipkart.com

These are the 2 performers from each camp and both are equally great

For Motherboard

Overclocking will be better on the Gene , but there are more features in P8Z77-V-Pro. Go with either which more suits your needs

Btw CM Storm Stryker is an awesome case for the money

Update : You can look at computer empire in nehru place for cheaper rates
 
Yes mate don't buy from flipkart. The rates are inflated over there and you'll get a much better deal locally.

I have the reference Asus GTX 680 and its great. It can handle any game in ultra high settings with every thing turned on @ 1920 X 1080 like a breeze and runs pretty cool and stable compared to the older card i had. Though i brought it when it was just launched and the reference design doesn't leave much headroom for overclocking so definetly buy an aftermarket design of whatever card you buy. It will have better cooling and so will have more room for overclocking. And remember the 680 is still the fastest single GPU card out there after the 690 atleast in the majority of FPS games currently out there.

Bro, though you have mentioned that you don't want to buy second hand hardware, a month old Zotac GTX 670 Amp edition is on sale on erodov for 27k. it has 5 years of warranty and a great card as pointed out by Havoknation. IMO its a great deal if you consider. Cheers!
 
Went to Chandni Chowk (Kolkata) today. Will be getting my system within 4 weeks as my Graphic card is currently being imported from Taiwan :) Finalized following:
