If the seller opens a No Payment case, does the buyer get some time like 3 or 5 days to PAY or it gets cancelled straight?
 
^ I had pressed BUY NOW from my mobile eBay app and now I can't buy anything else because I didn't buy(pay) for that :x

Also, Can the Diwali coupons be used for deals items?

In same situation.. pressed buy now in their mobile app and they told Congo, u purchased it, here is your item receipt :p

Now looking for some coupon to buy than overpriced item of price Rs620.. anyone have any coupon to share??

did the same to check the ebay app a month ago....but the item was a silicon rubber htc sensation xl case (which was of no use for me), costed me some 150 bucks in order to stop from my account blocked...

In case if any accidental purchase always contact the seller immediately and explain the situation to him and request him to cancel the order. It works most of the times.
 
I visited a local camera store here in Hyderabad, and when I asked why such price difference between you and eBay... He said ALL electronics items sold in eBay are grey market products and when you will take your item for service to company service centers then you will know that you bought a gery product.

My question is how to know if an eBay seller is selling grey product or not after you receive the item. And if the item is a grey product what we should as a buyer do ? Will eBay take the responsibility for this ?

Also he had even gone to say that, flipkart also sells both grey and genuine product !!!
As a consumer what we will do ?
 
I think you can complain eBay and put a case on the seller if the company denies warranty.
Most likely the shopkeeper is just accusing them to defend himself and not lose buisness.

I don't think flipkart sells/will sell grey market products.
There are different sellers on eBay.
So, you can get grey market products as well as products with genuine manufacturers warranty.
And sellers do mention if the product comes with manu. Warranty or dealers warranty.
If a product on eBay comes with dealers warranty 99% the product is grey.

In every product it generally is mentioned by the seller whether the item is covered under manufacturer or dealer warranty. Manufacturer warranty = original product. Seller/dealer warranty= product of grey market.
 
The warranty terms are clearly mentioned on the product page.

if you observe,products with dealer warranty cost much less than products with manufacturer warranty.

Do check some of the sony phones and samsung LED's to see the huge difference in prices.
