Gunnar computer glasses ( Do they actually work? )

Hi guys,

I came across these GUNNAR computer glasses that claim to reduce eye strain.etc on this month's Top Gear Magazine.

I spend more than 10hrs/day in front of the computer. I get mild eye strain sometimes. I just want some feed back on these types of glasses. Do they actually do any good for the price? ( 4.5K + ).
I have no idea why all the lenses are in yellow colour..
Is it worth the money ??
Are there any other cheap alternatives?

I had seen them some 2 months back at a gaming store in mall, Mumbai.

Seriously I didn't noticed much of difference in 10 min of usage.

And, as per the price. I won't buy it for more than 200-300.
The build quality seems 3rd class !

Thanks.. trying this. But it can set itself only depending on day light out side right? Say after lunch , I close all doors with screens and use comp ( very bright outside, but most of the sunlight is filtered from entering the room). It will just be normal? No yellow tint?
I have set my location correctly.
