CPU/Mobo Which 775 socket mobo to get ....its urgent help!

After i cleaned my PC today its not loading the OS...the gpu,CPU fans are just running no beep sound also while booting....checked my RAM and SMPS on another PC its fine...pretty sure the GPU and the CPU are ok ....the ABit IP35-E has been slowing dying on me for a while...first one of the RAM slots dies then the sound was gone so i got a sound card ...recently it only booted after i rocked my GPU left and right in the PCI slot or else it refused to boot..i think the PCI slot has become loose :sleep:.

I need the PC back ASAP so which 775 MOBO to go for now guys ? i would like a gigabyte mobo as they are very reliable...need DDR2 support as i have 3 GB ddr2 ram with me.

On flipkart i only came across this gigabyte mobo but it costs 3.2 K :

your three rams will be useless. as this mobo has two ddr2 and two ddr3 slots.

my suggestion would be to buy a ddr 2 mobo and ram. coz ddr 3 rams are cheaper and so are mobo. and put these ddr 2 on sale here. so its a win-win situation.

Couldnt find MSI mobo online on any stores based in chennai .

I only have 2 sticks of ddr2 ram man...one 2X1 GB and one 1X1GB...everything works except the old abit mobo ...dont want to spend much if i can get the PC up and running ASAP...only browse and watch 720P videos now....even stopped playing games ...the reason i posted this particular mobo is it has DDR3 support so tomorrow if my transcend RAM dies i can get some cheap DDR3 in its place....i am not averse to selling the RAM they both are working great but i need this PC working in the next 2 days urgently.
