Not gonna happen until a new model is launched in India. Also the new model launch in US won't affect the price of the existing Nexus 7 in India. So yes you will keep waiting for a long time.

Yep there will be no price drop...
Next nexus is ard 3-4months still...so till den no price drops....after then also it will take ard 2months more to be released in India.....
