[Interest Check] - Kesar Mangoes

I bought organic kesar mangoes from dilli haat mango festival couple years back , couldn't notice anything special about them compared to locally available mangoes

@Praks, did you check with DTDC? They have very good coverage and if you can guarantee them a steady revenue per month, you get a good discount. The discount depends on your bargaining skills, they have some guideline rates, but being a franchisee model they would be willing to give bigger cuts if they see you are a genuine buyer. The cheapest however would be to sign up as seller on eBay and make use of their super discounted rates

I had order 12 Alphonso mango from yummangoes.in , mango was of best quality ,each weight 350 gm around but cost was sky high 12 mango for 1800 so each cost you 150 with shipping....

So I am looking forward to your price...

Do you find any difference when you eat mango which was grown using pesticides ? Does it taste bitter :)
Organic certification is given by Govt approved agency & process starts when you start growing them & processes from watering to other materials are monitored. There are people who would prefer their family to eat food without chemicals. You can buy whichever you wish.

Thanks bro, in talk with DTDC too. Checking out with UPS & Fedex for international rates. There is huge demand from New Jersey as its a kind of Gujju den.

They take Alphonso from Ratnagiri side & I would not comment on their pricing model. We have our own quality & pricing. Would not like to spoil someone's business :)

@raksrules
bro, dont worry season is about to start.

You will see mangoes in market by now. Those are mostly ripened with calcium carbide. Recently Police raided tonnes of mangoes in Chennai which were with calcium carbide.

Naturally ripen ones should start by May 1st week. People at farm just checked the quality, It should be ready around May 1st week.

Shipping will be mostly through DTDC..

Meanwhile people can also take from DHL. They have so called Mango service, if you can afford the price (12 mangoes = 5700 Rs with shipping abroad)
I love their tag line - Pay only for shipping, Mangoes are free.
With Price as high as this... feels like peeing on a toilet with gold seat :p

Mango boxes are still under discussion. Looking for strong & good quality boxes at good price.
Pricing should be out only after irridation process & certification (if any) as Govt agencies charges extra for this.

Can members share which option they would like to purchase from.
1 - Direct NEFT bank account transfer
2 - Sites - Ebay.in /Snapdeal
3 - Online store with CC payment functionality. (personal site, still under contruction)

All 3 are fine for me. In order of preference CC/Netbanking > NEFT > Ebay.
