They'll ban other items too. Failure FM's don't know anything else other than increasing taxes and banning imports.

Stupid govt has spent 100k crore on that failure of a scheme called Mnrega, which didn't help anyone except lining their pockets. Now, they will spend few more thousand crores on food security after it gets passed. I am so pissed off by this corrupt govt :@:

These guys want to go out with maximum cash. Wasting so much money on rajiv's ad. Instead of lowering local taxes, they just want to loot us.

The people is at fault, for its us who elected them in that place. So its our responsibility. Atleast we now have a chance to change this govt.
 
There is a reason this stupid people will come into power again next time. People like us almost never vote or don't care because we feel all the netas are chor. The middle class almost never votes due to this mentality.
The lower class and illiterate people form majority of the vote bank and they can be easily manipulated by fake promises and free school bag and laptops.
The agitations on twitter / facebook etc make no sense as the major vote bank does not even know what it is and they will push them to power again and we will be fkced again.

Hmmm i kind of agree with the Finance Minister here. Makes sense if you want the other manufacturers to set up their plants here and may also reduce grey market sales of TVs.
 
@indy1811, a few dozen people bringing in sets won't make a difference to the manufacturers bottom line or to add money to governments money chest. The govt should learn to control their wasteful expenditure on needless projects. Everyone and their dog knows that every govt scheme ultimately ends up in failure and involves loss to govt in crores. Still dumb people insist on making up new schemes and spending money.
 
Rupee crossing 64, bond yield going beyond 9% , Euro and Pound too reaching 85 and 100 respectively. I somehow agree with the FM's move on Gold but his timing is grossly wrong. Last semester, as a economics project, we had taken food wastage due to no facility to store grains-pulses. It was really shocking and sad to know how small tweaks can also help us but people on chair does not want to do it. As rightly pointed out by @6pack MNREGA have caused more damage then helping the citizens and economy. I really dream to see a strong decision maker at center who can take decisions without having to bother about other allies, but as said its a dream only.
 
Eventually everything is in the hands of WE THE PEOPLE but we already helpless without an effort.

Why we always want someone else to lead us when we know what has to be done.

Does any one comes to know the vote is counted or not

Its to late now to curse the govt,they have milked what they wanted.

i know this is grossly OT but why does that happen? if there is no place to store then why not give it away to poor for free rather than just let it rot?

Can't we guys come together and make a pirate party of India? Only way to stop this idiot Congress govt is to oppose all their hair brained schemes. The bjp opposes but gives in after some time.
