My present config:
i5-3570K + Asus z77-V, Corsair 8GB Dominator, Corsair TX650 PSU, Corsair Force GS 240GB SSD + Seagate 3TB SATA, EVGA GTX 560Ti-SC, DELL U2412M Monitor, Coolermaster HAF-912 Advanced Cabinet.

Used mainly for gaming and watching HD Movies.

My question is whether I should upgrade my graphics card now or wait for later. If upgrade is suggested, which one is suggested. Budget 50k approx.

Wait for AMD R290x which is equivalent to nvidia TITAN priced at $600 which is to be released in October/2013 in US and it may take few more months to reach us mate. So just wait for few months.

50k is too much for a gpu...For a single 1080p screen nvidia gtx 770 is more than enough, comes for around 32-33k.If you want to go all out, you can get the 780 for 50k.AMD R9-290X is speculated to release next month with a price tag of $600 and is rumoured to perform better than the 780 for $50 less.So it is good to wait for a month and see for how much will it be available for in India.

Do you want my old 9600gt ! Only 25k for you :)
Pun aside , there is no need for such high end card unless you are planning to use more then one display .

With the new gen consoles coming up with Direct to metal APIs which will definitely outperform DX11 I think OP should get the R9 290X.But expect pricing to be shitty with the Dollar fiasco.A GTX 770 worth 400 USD is 33k without VAT here.:O

You are right, I should wait for the next gen consoles to come up, since 560Ti can run current games at mid-high settings at 1080p.

50K Rs for GPU to play on single 1080p monitor ? Nuts Nuts and Nuts...:wideyed:
Grab a GTX 760 2 Gb version and be content for playing life on single monitor....Amd 290X will be priced @599$ so expect anything at 45~50K Rs but still you wont do any justice getting those cards to play in single monitor.
I say upgrade to some cheap Korean 1440p(20Krs) monitor and then grab bigger fattest single GPU.
