a friend of mine was trying to purchase a UPS from infibeam.com for me, using his SBI CC. he had seen this offer from SBIcard for infibeam:

however, infibeam just doesn't accept the code. i myself tried HDFC's code of its own offer, which is working. however, the SBI one is not. i called up infibeam today, and after the executive at their end tried applying it, he too found the same. the error encountered is 'the promotion code SBISHOP10 could not be found'.
my friend then attempted to contact SBI at the first given no. here, but the no. is told to be invalid. i tried too, and the same:

he doesn't have a BSNL phone, so i called up the BSNL/MTNL no. (the former one; the latter one doesn't get through, and gets cut abruptly). however, one requires to register his credit-card no. to proceed ahead, which i don't possess. hence, i seek some assistance from any SBI credit-card user in this, to please call at the given no., and enquire why isn't the code working, even though it fulfills all the criteria enlisted in the T&C.
please write in, anyone who wishes to come forward.
