[MTNL Mumbai] : Minimum 1 Mbps Download speed across all new plans

Dear MTNL Customer,
MTNL has recently introduced various broadband Plans, where you can get minimum download speed Upto 1 Mbps.

Xpress+ Unlimited Plans (Combo & Non-Combo)Plan Name Monthly Charges Download Speed
Xpress+ Unlimited 699 Rs 699 2 Mbps upto 12 GB and 1 Mbps afterwards
Xpress+ Unlimited 850 Rs 850 2 Mbps upto 18 GB and 1 Mbps afterwards
Xpress+ Unlimited 1050 Rs 1050 2 Mbps upto 30 GB and 1 Mbps afterwards
Xpress+ Unlimited 1550 Rs 1550 2 Mbps upto 80 GB and 1.5 Mbps afterwards
Xpress+ Unlimited 2050 Rs 2050 2 Mbps upto 150GB and 1.5 Mbps afterwards

nice, when will BSNL follow? sighhhhhh!!!
if Airtel provides a 1 Mbps as post FUP speed, that would be awesome as well..
 
Using DSL_Unlimited_550, I'm still getting 512Kb/s till 6PM, 1.5Mb/s till 12:00AM, and 2Mb/s from 12:00AM - 08:00 AM.

"Existing Broadband Customers can continue in their existing plan or migrate to new plan of their choice.
These are promotional plans for a period of 90 days effective from 12-11-2013."
 
They've changed these plans 3 times in the past 30 days, and calling them up & requesting something hardly ever works. !!!
 
Thinking of migrating to MTNL if these plans are available to Delhi !!
Else continuing with high pinging Reliance Connection...
