Best IEM around 2.5k (with mic) ?

The E10 is a very good iem for the price. You could also consider the,
Quadbeat 2
Steelseries Flux in-ear
Etymotic ETYKids headset

Other considerations :
Sony Mh1C (iffy cable though)

Headphone and iem were both 20$ on steelseries.com during black Friday.

Yes , although the FLux iem price rose to 35-40 $ after a while...but the flux headset remained at 20$ till tuesday..

The one you linked is Quadbeat 1 (HSS-F420). QB2 is HSS-F530 here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221316092080
