Review SMC International (eHardwarezone) feedback

Searched this section but didn't find a thread on these guys.
They sell as eHardwarezone on eBay, Flipkart & Amazon India.

So anyone bought computer stuff through them? How was the experience?

I bought an AMD FX8320 from them and they sent it through Speed Post I think.
It was shipped on 9th Jan and hasn't reached me yet. I emailed them to know which company they sent the processor through and no answer from them. Sending a high value & delicate item through Indian postal service speaks volumes on their thought process.
I wonder when I'll get it and in what condition.

Bought an LCD monitor off of Snapdeal from them. Arrived in good condition and is working fine. Packing consisted of the Snapdeal plastic wrap around a layer of bubble wrap around the monitor box.

I've also bought stuff from them on Ebay.in (can't remember what) and it arrived in good condition.

Bought Dell U2312HM from them last year. Came packed in 3 layers! It took 30 minutes (no kidding) just to get the monitor out of the packing.

Why don't you call them and check with the Store manager or some senior guy?

My u2312hm arrived in the dell box itself with with bill taped to it on the outside and it was sent via some unknown local courier.

Probably I may be the first guy having bad experience here with them.

Edit: I just got the processor. It was shipped through Trackon courier. Was shipped in layers of bubble wrap. Box was even smaller than the bubble wrap around it. Lol.
