Buying Advice :- RAZER Gaming Headsets

Hello TechEnclavians !!!!!!

Need an urgent help from all you guys. I am i need of your expert advice regarding gaming headsets.
First of all lemme list below the Headsets I have sorted till now (Though all are by RAZER):

1)Razer Electra:

Well the dilemma over here is that I am not able to decide which one to buy. I play games ranging from NFS to COD to FIFA (no multiplayer gaming). I am also gonna use this headphone for listening to music and for watching movies/series.

And the Microphone will be used only for chatting(on SKYPE , GTalk etc.).

I am little tight on budget but I can spend around 6k only if the purchase is justified.

My Dilemma:

The ELECTRA gives me good sound and a reasonable mic, BUT (here the problem lies) the KRAKEN offers me very good sound (don't know the extent of superiority over ELECTRA) according to various reviews [http://www.engadget.com/products/razer/kraken/pro/] posted on the web, but this comes at cost of having NO mic. So, now I am looking at the KRAKEN PRO bcoz it has the mic. Though buying this will extend my budget to 6k which I don't know, justify the extra 2k I am spending on it.

{NOTE: My initial budget was only 2k }

Now all jumbled up with thoughts, Now I need your help regarding this purchase (will buy within next week).

Is "Razer" a necessity? You can try Siberia V1 or V2, it has good mic and sound quality and lasted over 2 years for me. If going for Razer I would suggest Carcharias as that's the only Razer headset which I have used.
