If you can convince yourself and others that your sale thread was deleted for reasons other than what is mentioned in this thread below, please reply. Else create a new thread in proper format with all information.

Let me see,
While posting a sale thread, ensure that:
1. The sale thread is posted based on the template given here. No exceptions!
- A template is advised so as to provide as much information about the item you are selling while putting it in a concise way. If any information is missing (for eg. location, warranty details), the thread shall be trashed without prior notification.
I did fill all the details while posting the thread. So if there is anything missing in the template then its not my problem. I had filled up all of the details asked. And it was not my first thread.
2. At least TWO snaps are posted as per the rules (the date and TE ID handwritten on a piece of paper) and/or thumbnails/low-res. snaps are visible on the sale thread. A separate link for the snaps may be given but at least two images (thumbails or images itself) on the sale thread are mandatory!
- Upload the snaps to TE's image host or a free image host such as Imgur. Please avoid hotlinks from other forums.
- Useless excuses such as 'I am at the office right now and cannot post images. Will do that once I reach home!', 'I lent my camera to my friend. Shall post the images once I get it back from him/her.' etc shall not be tolerated. The thread shall be instantly trashed!
- Snaps older than 3 days from the day of clicking does not conform with the rules and the thread would be deleted.
- Snaps should be of a reasonable resolution - 1024 x 768 is more than sufficient. Include as many snaps as you would want to showcase your product or any specific details such as defects or dents. Kindly do not upload snaps of very low resolution or very high resolution (>8 MP). High resolution images consume a considerable amount of bandwidth to load the thread!
I had mentioned it in the post itself for the reason of not posting the pictures. And had confirmed that the pictures will be available to anyone who is interested. I had the pics but they were old and I did not have the PS3 with me so I explained the same in the thread.
3. The item listed for sale is in your possession, when the sale thread is listed.
- If your friend has it or if you have just bought the item on Amazon/eBay/<random e-commerce site> and it is in transit, it does not qualify for the listing!
I think possession means, whether I own it or not. Yes I do. But sorry I was not holding it in my hands while writing the post. But I think that is not required. Anyways, I think I posses the PS3

On top of all of the above, if anyone wanted to delete the thread, should they (mods/admins) not consult the person once. I am disheartened to realize this, that rather than sorting out the problem you create more problem by deleting the thread. In all I could remotely think of getting the post deleted was because of pics, if at all its because of that. Which I had clearly mentioned/clarified in the thread itself that "Why there are no pics?". And its not about just a post that got deleted. I am concerned because I had put a lot of my effort in explaining people to help them understand what I am doing in that thread. But that was all wasted in drain by simply clicking delete and not even letting the person know of anything wrong that may have happened.
Now I demand my thread to be revived again or convince me that the person who deleted the thread has proper justification of why the thread was deleted. No one even cared/considered to have a look at the profile of mine.
Mods/Admin: As part of the community, we know that we need to respect the rules, the codes, the ethics of the community. But while doing that and when this is the expectation of the authoritative class of the community, the class that is responsible for the community i.e. us, expect the same respect in return from the mods/admin of the communities. I know its a tough job. But you shouldn't put everyone in the same tom dick and harry category.

I deleted your thread. Your own post above highlights what was missing in your thread - no pics, no possession of product. "How does this matter?" - the answers are all present across the various complaint threads in this section. Not only that, you started off the thread as an auction.
If you have this much time on your hands, the smarter approach is to utilise it to make a proper thread in the first place

Eddy dost if you pay careful attention to the first line of this thread, you would realize that the writer seems to understand that the thread has been deleted and which means he knew the thread could be deleted by the police department here on TE. I knew the thread could be deleted if pics were not uploaded while I create the thread because I had mentioned the same fear in that deleted thread as well, right in the first post itself. For which I had already requested the mods to let the post be there, and requested if you guys still happen to think anything wrong with the thread you guys could simply add a single line to the thread to add/remove whatever or inform him somehow. And I could have been more than happy to do that. But that did not happen because of short time you guys had. My bad luck.
And you questioning about the auction confirms the fact that you did not read the thread before deleting. Because answer was there and if the reason to delete the thread was that it was started as an auction, then It should not be because the price was mentioned in the thread as 50K. There is no way you can start an auction on TE. or is there?

Thanks a lot for recognizing the fact that I read the rules again and comprehended them because it looks like with all the text above that I was not aware of the rules. LOL. indians are really bad at comprehending the sarcasm.
I also read the rules of another dynasty on TE. Here are they if you guys forgot.
To summarize the responsibilities:

- Keep your forum section active by posting content and guiding members
- Be polite to members and handle the interactions maturely
And finally mods/admins, how do I get my thread back? And I am sorry but a community is to communicate and if you guys don't have time for that then think again why did you enroll in this in the first place. You are a police but not with a danda in your hands, police was to help and keep the society grow and not screw people's life and happiness. If you follow rules with your eyes close then there is no difference between you and a robot, because no intelligence is at work.

The reason I posted them here is so that you could read them and understand what is asked for. And not ask janta to follow the rules before you fail to understand yours. I request the members of this Dynasty to Go and read the rules again, and mind it, its only for those who need it desperately. And I know they can identify themselves very well. Some read the rules, some don't. Some follow the rules and some don't. Some listen to the community, some don't. I guess time is really hard on you thats why you are failing to read and reply appropriately to all my queries. I will be simple this time, I promise. I want the Dynasty to comment on this thread with regards to their own responsibilities in the community. Forget my responsibilities for now. - The 1st point applies only to the tech sections. Posting a market thread is not considered 'content', just as you wouldn't consider eBay a publishing house. To 'guide' members, there is an informative sticky compiled by a mod in the market section, clearly titled 'Sale thread missing?'
- As for the 2nd point, as far as I can tell, the earlier responses from us in this thread have been mature and polite. An unwritten extension to that rule is that, mature responses are given to mature queries as well.
Time really is an issue for everyone, and nobody has time to read anything. Even you. You missed the sticky thread. And you clearly haven't read the threads in this very own section. The last 2 active threads in this section are from 2 buyers who were scammed. As someone who sees himself as the aam aadmi of TE (amusing but incorrect comparison BTW), I thought those 2 threads from your fellow members would have been enough to convince you to make sure you did your part to bolster the safety of the market section. Instead you were looking for a VIP pass around the rules like our politicians
Feel free to ask buyers like @Soyab0007 if its alright for sellers to avoid including pics or having possession of the product. If someone doesn't have the inclination to follow basic steps in his market thread, will he be equally lazy when it comes to dealing with his buyer?
Feel free to ask other sellers, if its alright for your thread to be given preferential treatment because you wrote so in your thread, while their threads should be axed.

So as per the dynasty, the market section is not covered under IPC # 2 because 1st its not a content and for the guiding part there is a sticky.
great. Yeah I get it now. Its all on autopilot. Someone reports it. You get notification and shooooo.. delete. No need to read because pseudo mods are at work. But why did that guy report the thread in the first place? Oh for that there was a comment like "no pics or something" Well I know it by the way why the post got reported and deleted. Mad man at work was there as well. But I am wondering, you should as well, that why did those bots did not comment about pictures in the thread itself? Yes, you are the biggest con in your life. Because if one wants to do it, then it doesn't matter whether the post is as per the requirement or not the person would do it. Its the intention not the face that is important. And right now I can see the dynasty's face but not clear about the intentions. My intentions are very clear. Which should concern you also, if you really are the karta dharta of this community and wish good for it. If you go back to those thread, did you find any problem with the threads? I guess not. They are all perfectly sculptured. All pics, nice reason, best price everything as per the rules. But if there was something missing then why the hell the dynasty not take any action before it was too late for those guys. 1 lost 10,000 rs and the other did not even recieve the product. What did the mods do? Why did they not stop it before it happening? See how intelligent people can be. So you can't escape a con if his intention is to con you. Yes you can make IPCs but if they are on auto pilot they better not be there in the first place. Good for nothing. I think the logical approach would be to appeal people to be organic and true. But con will still be a con! What can be done? I guess nothing can be. The best thing that one can do to avoid a con is to be a bigger con that is it. Think everyone is cheating with you. Everyone is trying to fool you. This is the only and possibly the right way to approach it. And you need not do it all the time, but only when it is required. Only then you may avoid such situations. And please, I don't want to comment on your line on security. Just don't be greedy and the issue about security is gone. Its the greed of the buyers that made them buy things by not following the guidelines. Greed of having a good deal. And in greed, the Guidelines to cross check things before sending stuff(money) you care about the most is ignored. And about the pass LOL, its a wrong analogy. I requested for a ticket that too after proper security check. A con does not need a pass. Do I need to post a picture of the certificate that I have from the psychologist here? You are crossing your limits, this is personal info and won't do it before there is a rule for the dynasty to retrieve such personal information from the aam aadmi members. LOL good you guys brought up this aam aadmi analogy. it will really help us understand the wishes of our dynasty. What does our dynasty want? Don't ask me to shut up, that's it. This is what I have the certificate for and the psychologist does not seem to have any solution for it. I can't shut up, I don't want to. Because if we all shut up up the community won't flourish.
