As far as I can see, 40k was a discounted price for the full system. If you bought the combo for a discount, shouldn't your refund also be discounted?

An argument can also be made that you haven't bought the full system mentioned in his FS thread like the mice etc.

The given time is over for you imtiaz. Mods also given his decision so i'm going to get my refund from @Zero Cool Today.

Sir as you can see i have paid Rs.2000 for the shipping for cabinet,psu and mobo which has not been shipped and since it was a deal than if mods say than i can pay kartik the refund but since i paid zero cool whatever he has ask for so he should ship the products and close this thing or else refund for psu, cabinet and mobo along with Rs.2000 paid extra for last shipment.
And Sir ( Crazy_Eddy ) i have not said anything else nor i have replied to anyone because you said not to say

So mods please help since seller got paid for his products so he should ship and if he doesnt ship than he should refund for cabinet psu and motherboard plus Rs.2000 which i paid for shipping (cabinet psu and motherboard) and i will refund kartik.

Since you are calculating the refund based on individual component prices, we will only consider the individual prices.

Karthik has been waiting for his refund on another forum. My post here is no excuse to stop you from refunding him. Since you agree he has to be refunded, then Zero Cool will issue the refund on your behalf.
 
You are not getting a single paisa. First you cheat others, and now you want someone else's money.
This should be a lesson to you so that you won't repeat your cheap tricks again.
@Crazy_Eddy Do not give him a single rupee. He might have cheated many other members too. Let the remaining money(2,850)be used for a good cause.
 
Plz hold money @Zero Cool cause there's my fend from amhd bought his amd combo @33.5k through olx and he never got PSU and also a lot of pain in other stuff as well he coming to this thread and his name is ashish d solanki and he works in court in Gujarat

@jaydipmori is it possible that your friend can lodge an official police complaint? Since he works In court,he must be having some contacts or links.
 
He is collecting evidence against him and need help of all of us so i told him we all r with him and he is logging here asap also Imtiaz is cheating on olx now :(

Indian Penal Code,1860:
Section 420 -Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property
Section 417 -Punishment for cheating

Description: Whoever cheats shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine. or with both.


Solution: Ashish D Solanki now needs to file a complaint with the police and the action will be swift.

He can submit / collect evidence later, first please ask him to file complain, get fir registered and get copy of FIR.
 
Confirmed that he is going to file a case on Imtiaz he coming here in an hour some more info and will ask details by mail of members whom Imtiaz cheated
