Yes i agree and on behalf of him i take full responsibility...And there won't be any issues afterwards after you transfer the amount...

should be on a notarized paper and should be attested. otherwise anyone can say anything on internet.
 
Use exact words with name
I, so and so hereby do declare that after receiving a payment of Rs. 2,850, from so and so, all dues due to me and or Imtiaz / crazy fox will be settled full and final. For all legal purposes so and so does not owe you any monies hereinafter.

do you guys even believe this?
better use the money to buy blankets and proper clothing for the poor living around you than refund him the money. he's not going to stop scamming anyway. I really wish the police arrests all scammers in general and this guy imtiaz/hemanta/fox/whoever in particular.
