Thanks @bssunil for the reply. I am wondering if I can use my existing PSU Frontech JIL-2414i 450w and Belkin case instead of buying new ones. Also, is it OK to go ahead without any GPU?

Dont use Frontech PSU & Belkin case but go with my config instead. You can go without GPU also. Its OK.
Thanks. I have few questions.
1. If I go with the suggested configuration(or similar), can I easily swap i5 with i7 in future. The motherboard Spec says broad spectrum of processors are supported but wanted to confirm.
2. Does this motherboard support all the three HDDs(ssd, sata and ide )that I am planning to have and still have slot available for my existing DVD drive?
3. May I know the source of these quoted prices? I am able to get suggested components around the quoted prices except for CPU and motherboard.
4. The exact motherboard seems to be not available anywhere online. Can you please suggest a close alternative?
