OxygenOS and CM12S for OnePlus One release scheduled in March

The CyanogenMod 12S update for OnePlus One is delayed until March. OnePlus One co founder Carl Pei had confirmed releasing an Android Lollipop alpha build recently. But a more stable version of the CyanogenMod 12S (CM12S) build (featuring Android 5.0.2 Lollipop) will be available only in March.

I believe so.

None will be available OTA so it's user's choice what he wants to flash manually
Edit : CM12 will be OTA even for Indian OPO users
