WTB Need a dual sim dumb phone

Have a Nokia 502 can make it Rs 3100 shipped,
10 month warranty remaining.
It's not very dumb either.
It can run WhatsApp Messenger.
 
You can remove all the apps except dialer and messaging apps & lock all data access if required. I've seen my old smartphone give 4 days standby time with all Google apps removed.

Probably doesn't help you. But I have a Micromax Joy (one with 1300 or 1800 mAh battery, not sure) which I got for under Rs. 900. I have 2 Vodafone SIMs active on them full time but never make any calls (except once a month to keep number active). I get battery backup of 1+ week on that.
But no calls absolutely.
I do keep receiving SMSes or missed calls on it though.

Saar, how is call quality?
 
Same boat as OP. Need dual sim dumbest phone cause at work they gave new number. Now I have 3 phones!

Will keep an eye on the suggested models here.

Got Lava KKT 27s (Grey) around 11month old working perfectly fine for 900 shipped... mother used it for calling purpose only
