Purchased this motherboard from @klk on 28 Feb 2015, was only recently able to complete get all component to for the system and during checing faced issues as detailed here https://www.techenclave.com/community/threads/cpu-spins-stops-spins-stops-no-display-post.174118/ had to purchase a new motherboard Gigabyte H97M-D3H, not interested in Overclocking hence selling this one.

As per @klk, this is a promotional board, however I called up Gigabyte Warranty Info: 1800-22-0966 and found that it is warranty till 2017

I wanted to know, if the CPU spin stop was indeed just the RAM, and if you can confirm here that the board is in working condition.

Yup, it is working properly, checked it after I got another board, as well as it has warranty till 2017
