Have you bothered to contact where you got that monitor, because at that point, it is most likely you had a bad monitor rather than a bug on that line of displays. It is best to have it replaced especially if you still have a warranty on that item. If not, then I guess that's bad luck for you. I have a similar Dell monitor which I've had for awhile but have not had that type of issue so I can say that it might be more of an isolated issue for you.
