21-30k How is HP 15-af006AX laptop for daily home use?

Hello Guys! Please help me in choosing a best Laptop at 23K for my daily home use (Web Surfing, Multimedia) . Please tell me how is HP 15-af006AX (M9V38PA) Laptop & How is HP brand?
Any other suggestion at 23K ?

Amd a8 Or i3 (4th Gen)?

i3-4th gen out of above two choices. IIRC, someone on forum had mentioned that one needs to keel checking Lightening deals on Amazon where 4th gen i3 laptops are hovering around 23-24k mark. This normally comes without Windows but with DOS/Linux.

It is with Pentium and not i3; better avoided. Lenovo G50-80 is also good. But it will shoot your budget by good 5-6k.
