51-70k PC with LED TV for Classroom

I need to setup a PC with LED TV for my computer software training classroom. Please suggest me a configuration. PC configuration and a descent large screen TV.
Please help.

  1. What is your budget?
    • 50 to 70K
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • Please suggest me a new configuration for classroom(AutoCAD, C, C++, Java, Photoshop)
  3. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • PSU - Best Power Supply Units
    • Suggest me a Graphics card that is good for a 40" LED TV
    • Also suggest me a LED TV up to 50"
    • (please mention the rest in above format)
  4. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • Yes, will upgrade the following within a year

which TV ? I will be using it as a Screen. Please suggest a Better TV ( 40" to 50" )

Total Budget up to 70k for PC with TV.

For 40" TV if you stick to brands like Samsung/LG/Sony, ~40k worth of your budget would be gone there.
