M D COMPUTERS PVT.LTD is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

So if products reach in damaged condition then you can't do or say anything.

One needs to give PSU to their regional offices or ship it to Kolkata. Once received, they ship out a replacement.

I emailed them, they replied like I can deposit in any of their branches. Mumbai has one. dont know if they will stick to their words during RMA

I had to ship my PSU to Kolkata once. I got replacement from them. All done in a week.
