Hathway Frequent Downs

Hello, I am facing frequent downs with Hathway. I always tell them but they are not solving it permanently.

Get a hold of your local cable operator. Hathway uses these guys for last mile connectivity.

Get a hold of your local cable operator. Hathway uses these guys for last mile connectivity.

Don't mind but I have never dealt with LCO's before.

Could you give some advice on that?

P.S.: It is Docsis based Internet.
