21-30k Ryzen 5 1500x Or I5 7400 combo Under 25k?

Hello all,

I am looking to build a desktop pc, which work seamlessly in web browsing and tools, so hopefully won't crash nor heat up during process.

My budget is under 25,000 rupees - not looking for monitor, No OC or high end gaming card. I looked up for Ryzen 5 1500X or i5 7400. Please better combo suggestion & some guidence.
Kindly give your pro advice on this.

Looking for New or you are fine with used components aswell?

And you want Processor + Motherboard or you are looking to build an entire PC within 25k budget?

Basically whole new cabinet with new components in them. :) Need to fit in 25k :oops::(

This prices from mumbai or you got it somewhere (source please)? Also GST will be added on top of this right?
