Jio activating plan 1 day early?

My 399 plan ends today, but Jio activated the next plan today itself. I guess, they are eating away a day from the plans silently. Anybody else facing this?
 
Unlike some of the other operators their plan seems to be expire any time of the day instead of midnight. My mom's plan expired at 2PM couple of days back and the new plan kicked in.
The new plan will again expire at 2 PM, 28 days from now. So probably it is 28/84/90 days validity from the time of recharge. You can check with CC.

This issue has been known to arise if one has manually activated the upcoming plan before the old plan getting expired on its own.

Did you happen to activate it manually via my jio app?
 
Might be a new policy likewise if you recharged at 2.5pm it might expire on same time on last day. But this shouldn't be the case though.
