Budget 90k+ 1440p gaming PC

Adept
I am planning to build a 1440p gaming PC from scratch.
I am assembling one after a long time, the last desktop I had was core2quad based, which still serves well.
This time I am going ahead with Ryzen nvidia route. Following is the proposed build, appreciate your suggestions.
  1. What is your budget?
    • 1.5L
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • None - build from scratch
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • None - build from scratch
  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • CPU - Ryzen 3600x appx price 23k
    • Motherboard - Asus Prime X470-Pro - Read that x570 boards will be pricier , so sticking with x470 as I dont see any actual PCIe4.0 use case
    • GPU - Zotac 2080 amp ~ 62k Any idea how super will pan out?
    • RAM - GSkill Trident Z 16GB 3000MHz(8x2kit) -Any VFM CL14 versions available? All I see are CL16s.
    • Monitor - Acer Nitro VG271U ~31k - seems much cheaper and better than the predator
    • PSU - Corsair RM850 ~10k
    • Disk - Samsung 500GB NVMe 970 Evo plus ~11k
    • Keyboard - Corsair K68 ~8k - Couldn't make my mind on this, heard cherry blue is best of both worlds with good feedback and less "noise" any other options
    • Mouse - Logitech G402 ~2.1k
    • Case - ~8k
      • Really at a loss here - not much of a modder or case fan , just need good airflow, transparent window and cheap
      • Looking at Corsair SPEC-06 RGB ~7.5k
    • WiFi Module - ??? - Need help
    • UPS ~10k - Being in Bangalore I need it, even 5 minutes of backup is fine
      • Had this in mind APC BX-1100C-IN, but reviews for any ups in general say otherwise and suggest to go for tubular way, however I am not open to tubular
  5. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • Final build
  6. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
    • Bangalore
    • Open to online purchase
  7. Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market
    • No
  8. What is your intended use for this PC/hardware
    • Gaming - mostly simracing and RPG
    • Watching HD movies
  9. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them and the reason for your preference/dislike.
    • Would like to stick with Zotac for 5 year warranty
  10. If you will be playing games then which type of games will you be playing?
    • Simracing - Assetto Corsa , rFactor2
    • RPG - Fallout, Elder Scrolls
  11. What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
    1. 2560x1440
  12. Are you looking to overclock?
    • Yes - to stable levels
  13. Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
    • Windows 10 64 bit
The components I listed out costs >1.8L, any areas where I can save some?

You have laid serious groundwork there. :)
Honestly your config is good to go.
Only a few points points from my end-
SUPER will replace the 2080 in the same price bracket to counter 5700 XT. So wait for it to come out and then take the jump.
As for the case I would suggest this-

I had my eyes on this but at that point of time it was not available in India and so had to go to NZXT H500

I have the same APC BX-1100C-IN and it supplies power to my gaming rig(R7 1700,Gigabyte RXT 2080 ,Asus Crosshair VI Hero) and download rig(Intel J4205, 2X 8TB WD Red).
But keep in mind though I live near a medical college and hospital in Kolkata so we see only 1 or 2 power cuts for 30 minutes max in a year.

I managed to source GSkill FlareX 3200 MHz CL14 RAM locally when Ryzen 1 came out at around 17k or so but it worked out of the box at 3200 MHz with my Gen 1 CPU which was a lot of hassle back in the day.

This is the only online link I could find for my RAM kit.

BTW I don't see any CPU cooler in your spec list. Are you planning to run on stock?
As for wifi adapter I use ethernet cables for both my desktops so can't help you there.

One other thing. Intel will be slashing prices on their CPUs by 10-15% to counter Zen 2 and AMD is bound to be overpriced at launch going by previous AMD launches in India.

I would suggest to keep the CPU/mobo in flux for a couple of months until you see what pans out pricing wise in the Intel/AMD wars.

I am eyeing a 3900X provided its around 40k and also because I can use my existing X370 mobo. Since you are getting a full setup anyways wait for a bit and never buy on launch(which is something I preach but can't help myself from doing the same)

@Marcus Fenix Thanks for the suggestions!

2060 and 2070 super will be announced on 2nd July, hopefully 2080 super will a good effect on 2080 pricing. Fingers crossed
Unfortunately, I suffer daily intermittent power cuts. Hope this UPS lives up, I will wait out for suggestions from fellow Bangalore folks.
I am putting off cpu cooler for some time, will see how the temps go and will probably go for Noctua U14S

I am playing the waiting game since before the launch of RTX, will now pull the trigger in July this year, finally.

BTW, which monitor are you using?

I am still using the old 144 Hz Samsung 1080p panel I had before I upgraded to 2080.

The RTX 2080 seems overkill but I want to stick to this card for a long time so no 1440p for me.
