Stupid question: How do I send a PM to another member? The nearest thing I could find is "Start conversation". Is it the same thing?

Yes, start conversation is the same thing.

Thanks. I was confused because people keep mentioning 'PM' in their posts but the Help section doesn't say anything about it.
