Budget 41-50k I want a PC for 4k video editing for around INR 50k. I decided on the components. Can someone please help review it?

i would suggest atleast 32 gb ram for Video work
And tho you have chosen 256gb for your nvme, 4k fills up space really fast , you might wanna look at a second fast storage device

Are you going to utilizing SBI 1500 off on Amazon ? GPU from Galax can be had for 14.7K there.

Better and cheaper memory on Amazon >> https://www.amazon.in/HyperX-3200MHz-Desktop-Memory-HX432C16FB3/dp/B07WJJ9CNG/

You would save about 1300 from this. Put additional 550 and get 500GB SSD from here >> https://www.onlyssd.com/buy/crucial-mx500-m-2-2280-500gb-sata-iii-3d-nand-ssd-ct500mx500ssd4/
How do I like a post?
Thanks a lot, @vyral_143 . This is what I like about the online community. I will go ahead and place to order for at least these items for now and wait on a good deal on the graphics card 'GTX 1650 Super' or get a good used card.

Hey! Thanks for taking the time to respond to my query.
Yes. The user vyral_143 mentioned a good deal. So will be going for 500GB SATA SSD. Right now I will get 2x8GB memory card and then once I save enough, get 2 more 8GBs. Making a total of 32GB. Does that make sense?

The best I could find

I like this configuration the best.
@OP, if you have a hard limit of budget, I'd say:

GPU: look for an used nvidia GTX 1060 6GB (7.5-8.5k) on these forums itself, it'll shave 7-8k off this budget.
Storage: split your SSD investment into two parts, a 120-128GB cheaper nvme that runs your OS & apps, and a 480GB Kingston A400 (5020INR) - it's not the fastest SSD,but you don't need outright speed for video editing. Look up any benchmarks online, 4K editing timelines do not benefit significantly from faster SSDs.
CPU: Love the 3600, it'll last you a while easily. We edit 4K timelines on everything from a 2600x to a 3900x, and the 2600x isn't too bad. The 3600 is definitely faster than the 2600x.
RAM: 2*8GB is good for now, you can upgrade later with another 2*8GB sticks
PSU: A 450W 80+ white will do the job, you can shave more money off the build here easily. Our 2600x (95w) rig has a GTX1060 + 2*2.5" SSD + 2*m.2 and easily runs off a 450w 80+.

@-D.Payne- Thanks a lot for your response. @vyral_143 gave some recommendations which increased the price by a bit but I think its worth it. As you can see, GPU is taking a toll on the budget. Looks like GTX1060 also supports NVENC and the new adobe preimier pro might able to utilize it. I found the below card in amazon. Are you talking about the same model?

You're welcome. :)

No, I was saying you buy an used GPU here in the forums. Do not buy a new gpu, if you're stuck with a budget. A lot of folks will be selling 1060/1070 cards here now.

wait on a good deal on the graphics card 'GTX 1650 Super' or get a good used card.

Why not get it from Amazon now for 14.7K - if you have SBI CC or can ask around in forum if someone is willing to help.

Or else look in forum like

Amazon one is still above my budget. Liked discussed over chat, found what seems to be a good used 'Inno3D Nvidia Gaming Gtx1060 6Gb Twin X2 Graphic Card' for 10k. Why adding the SSD to card, I noticed this one as well
Crucial 500GB P2 NVMe PCIe M.2 Internal SSD CT500P2SSD8
Do you think this will be a better deal than Crucial MX500 M.2 2280 500GB SATA III 3D NAND SSD CT500MX500SSD4 considering its NVMe and about 100Rs difference?
I am also going for a 450W PSU instead of 550. Thinking of getting the Corsair CV450, V Series, 80Plus Bronze Certified. Any thoughts?

Ryzen 3600 Rs.16500/- on 08-08-2020, Lemington Road Mumbai, with GST Invoice.
I'm from Chennai :( If I ask a friend to collect and ship it, it will save maybe about 500rs but if something happens during transit, there wont be much I can do about it. Thanks for the info though

Chennai has a lot of shops where you can pick up the hardware much cheaper than Amazon. Check out deltapage.com and theitdepot.com. These are chennai based shops and will have lower prices if you walk in to their store than order online. For reference, the ryzen 5 3600 is available for 16.5k there as well.

Thank you. Yes I did check with ITDepot and they gave me a good quote but they didn't have some of the components I wanted and some items were cheaper elsewhere. I will checkout deltapage as well.

Well, the combo I suggested 128GB nvme SSD for OS + Apps (2750 for the XPG) + 480GB BX500 SATA SSD (5000 INR) is about 7750-8000 total but is faster and safer too. 128GB is small for a boot drive nowadays, but it'll ensure you cache + scratch + apps stay on one drive while your footage + exports + previews stay on the second one.

Get a 650 watt power supply (your total system wattage should be under 80% of total capacity to avail the claimed efficiency) and look for used nvidia 1070 or 1070ti(it has lots of Cuda cores and higher clocks which adobe likes) oneof the best GPU for adobe at lower aftermarket prices you will be very happy with it.

And refer Adobes page for system specs for 4k

It mentions 32 Gb RAM ,get it upfront 16 gb x 2 in a single pack dont bother about the clock speed as these rams would be dual rank rams and in dual channel even 2400 rams would be fine

If you are in chennai, better check with Deltapage in-person & check your config; you will end up with better price.

And please add a cm Hyper 212 cooler to extract the performance from 3600 ,buy second hand many have put up for sale over here and if you can wait a bit maybe we might get mobo and 4000 series APU bundle deals

all hardware sellers increased price, insanely...
Yea. So I have placed order for all the components mentioned in the original post from multiple vendors. I hope in a week everything should be here.

I just realised something. I had forgotten about network :D Right now I cant get the lan cable into the room. Thinking of getting a wifi network card since motherboard doesn't have wifi. I saw these two TP-Link TL-WN781ND 150Mbps Wireless N PCI Express Adapter . or TP-Link Wireless N PCI Express Adapter/TL-WN881ND Network Interface Card.
Do you think this should suffice?
