CPU/Mobo Facing a very strange problem with BIOS of Gigabyte A520 DS3H

Hello guys I recently purchased a Gigabyte A520 DS3H motherboard from MD computers. It came securely with good packaging and I installed it without a fuss. But the strange thing is whenever I try to enter the BIOS a black screen with a yellowish header line shows up and nothing happens after that... I am not able to access the BIOS in simple terms.. I have Windows 10 pro installed and its working but sometimes that too behaves strangely (it boots straight away sometimes and sometimes it shows some files missing and unable to boot)
I am really frustrated and tried each and everything ( even did a windows format but to no avail)... please help me guys I need to setup the BIOS and also want to reinstall windows 10 PRO with an OEM key but I dont get any option for fresh installation as well which I got in the very first place when I installed the new setup...
any help would be much appreciated... attaching the file along with the thread

isn't it the old dual bios issue... my friend 2 yrs before suggest me not to opt for any gigabyte board that have DUAL BIOS features.

Are you able to get into bios?
Seems bios needs a desperate update. Refer to gigabyte and do the update.
nope that's is the main issue.... updated and did a qflash via pen drive as mentioned on gigabyte official website but same problem persists....

I don't know what the issue is and Gigabyte is a known brand just because some issue occurs and we stop recommending it to others seems strange to me... let's not make it a brand issue and rather discuss what is the issue why the BIOS is not working.

if it has a dual bios ,than for secondary bios to kick in there was a sequence of power on power off via smps was used atleast that worked on intel x58 boards you can try that

Simple unplug the power connectors and then the ram, now clear the cmos via header shot or remove the cmos battery. let it be for around 10 to 20 mins and then connect every thing and now try ! for my msi board this worked :)

Well I have used their previous end motherboard for 1055t of my and to be honest. I will stay way from them based on that experience for rma motherboard for 10 to 12 times as mos used to go kapu. though they are really good at rma but in this pendamic I don't see travel is an option anymore.

I remember way back in yr 2k5 assembling a gigabyte based gaming build for a friend and he upgraded bios due to some dual channel issues and his mobo conked off in spite of dual bios. Out of warranty by that time..
Thereafter, again retaining faith we went for gigabyte and again some bios issue.
Since then he shifted to asus.
MY story with Asus was similar to gigabyte as twice it betrayed me and this last time its going super strong..

so what should we do stop buying gigabyte and asus motherboards?
