Yeah, you need to get it replaced. Take all the pics you can and reach out to Viewsonic. I have the exactly same monitor and had to replace it recently.
Honestly I feel I made a terrible mistake by buying it.
Did you got a replacement at home or you visited service centre. Lg send their guy at home, but no idea in this lockdown situation [emoji3064]

They'll replace it. But I think it would be a refurbished model. No one is coming to your home and changing panel there. They probably have a factory for refurbishing from where hey'll take a monitor from there and send your monitor there.

yes but that time i didn't had the option. other one was acer and I am not sure of that particular model. looking to buy a new one with high refresh rate but currently no good options we haveTBH Viewsonic in todays world is a strict no no when you ave dell, samsungs and lgs.
I have a Viewsonic from 2k8 still going strong.
