Don;t know about the first two but you can contact google customer support and have the battery replaced. It costs around ~1000 excluding their service charge. But they are unprofessional and might break the device while disassembling. In that case you will get a refurb device back.

Hi, will they give refurb (if they break it)even if devices out of warranty
