41-50k Need suggestion for a PC selection

I need a PC to edit videos. FYI, the videos are not high quality one, it's the screen capture videos for my youtube channel.
no any knowledge about the hardware thing.
Will a Ryzen 5/7 be better than a Core I7?
And a 16gb DDRs ram with GTX1650 be good enough?
P.S my budget is 45k+
