I reckon I went a bit overboard on the voltage. I was at 1.35 or 1.375 and they temps were usually 80 degrees. It was my first time building a PC, so lesson learnt. My old 1700 has been doing 3.9 from day one till it was retired. Never had this issue. Was running at 1.325v right from the one.
I had a liquid cooler - so temperatures were almost always below 70.I reckon I went a bit overboard on the voltage. I was at 1.35 or 1.375 and they temps were usually 80 degrees. It was my first time building a PC, so lesson learnt.
