Want to move out, how to find a shared apartment?

I'm in Hyderabad and am living with my parents. I want to move out because my home environment is too toxic for me to handle.

I think it'd be best if I got a shared apartment for the time being since I will likely move to Patna by the end of this year. I don't want to live in a hostel.

I tried looking for posts on OLX but found nothing.

I heard Facebook groups are helpful, and have requested to join a few private groups. So far, nothing, though.

What should be my next move? Thanks

^ better to try friends circle & classifieds (online {eg.} & print media)
social networking method could be useful if you have good number of connections !

Give your local newspapers a try. Does the paying guest concept still work in your city?
I'm really not sure what that is even. Have never lived alone. Don't have friends that have either.

I'll keep checking the newspapers and sites like nestaway. Thank you.

A couple of people on another thread advised against nestaway, just FYI.

Sorry to hear about the situation at home. I hope you find a good, healthy environment to stay soon.
If you are looking for shared apartments, then I guess posting on Facebook groups about your requirements is the best option as there you will find a lot of great options which will meet your specifications. Many brokers might approach you, I guess it's best to avoid them.
You can also check out OYO rentals and Nestaway app as additional options. I am not sure though if they provide accommodation facilities in Hyderabad. But I'm sure you can do a bit of google search to find out other ways of finding accommodation in the city.

As pointed out above, Flat and Flatmate group for Hyderabad on FB would be your best bet. You can also look at PG accommodations. If you roam around the area where you want to live, you'll definitely see a few PG boards.
