Hi all. I'm looking to buy either Lian Li Galahad 360 or Arctic Freezer 360. But I wanted to know who handles RMA and aftersales for these products in India?

For Arctic, you directly contact their customer support with the supporting evidences and they'll send you a replacement. I've had good experiences with them.

I RMA'd a fan and they didn't ask me to ship it back or anything. The replacement was sent directly to my address from overseas.
