touchpad for desktop use

I am suffering from carpal tunnel, to avoid mouse use I started looking for touchpad for desktop use.

Any experiences or advice please share.

Anyone used any of the following touchpads, please share you experience:

Logitech Wireless Rechargeable Touchpad T650
Perix PERIPAD
Dell touchpad

These all I came across in my search, are there any other I missed.

Budget is flexible, I don't need fancy shortcuts or gestures, basic single click & double click are more than enough.

Please any inputs are greatly appreciated.
anything available in USA is also fine, not necessarily India.

And I don't want something big. small like any regular laptop touchpad size only, as I am planning to use it positioning like the laptop(before the keyboard placement).

thnx but I use a mechanical keyboard & other issue with that is, touchpad is extreme to the right which requires hand movement but with laptop like placement I can avoid that.

After extensive use with laptop I figured I don't get the pain in the laptop like placement.
