51-70k Laptop Recommendation for Coding

Hey Everyone,

My cousin requires a new laptop. He is currently in his 3rd year of engineering in (IT). Primary purpose Coding (Web Development, SQL, Python, ML etc).

Budget - 60k
Size - 14' (No thick gaming laptop)
Primary Purpose - Coding (Web Development, Python, ML etc)
 
Check HP Aero 13 with R5 5600U for an ultrabook. Amazon & FK Republic Day sales will apparently start next weekend.

For under 60k, there are R5 5500U options from HP & Lenovo. Get whichever is cheaper. HP 14 has 2 RAM slots, I think, Lenovo has one apparently. Check out the available options & deals.

Don't settle for under 8GB RAM or 512GB SSD (unless getting HDD + SSD).

Aero 13 is slightly over budget, will wait for the sale and hope it comes below 60k.

How much is the performance difference between 5600 and 5500.

M1 Macbook Air, with offers, is around 76k new is the best option and worth the increase in budget.

Not much & won't be observable to most. Suggesting Aero for its better quality display, build & smaller, lighter form factor.
