LG 32 inch Curved Monitor Too Much?

Hi all:

I am shopping for a monitor and I have come across a Lenovo D32qc-20 which I am somewhat interested in.

I have never used a curved monitor - I do not plan on gaming at all, most of my use will be for browsing/surfing, using MS Word and Excel, and definitely some Youtube music videos.

Is a curved monitor too much if I do not plan on gaming? I currently have a 29 inch (non-curved) monitor setup elsewhere that I quite like.

The other option I am looking at is similar to what I have setup in the US - 29WL500B

get a flat version. benq is coming up with 144hz 32inch ips monitor with hdmi 2.1. great piece.
